Sandbanks Parks Activities
Sandbanks Park is much more than just family-friendly campin and beautiful beaches!
During the season, the Park and it talented Natural Heritage Education students (NHE) provide a wealth of educational and entertaining programs for all ages.
Events such as Guided Walks led by Park Naturalists are a great way to discover the flora and fauna of the Park. Children's and Preschool Programs, include hiking, games, crafts and puppets. These activities are a great way for younger children to learn about the park, while having fun with others.
Please note: An adult must accompany all children under seven years of age!
The Park's evening programs, including campfires and sing-alongs are a great way to end a day at Sandbanks!
And of course, the Park's special events, such as Mother's Day, Canada Day, Sandfest, Theatre in the Park and Lakeshore Lodge Day have been long-time special events at Sandbanks.
