• June 17, 2017: Another Friends' organization just north of Kingston is celebrating their 25th anniversary! Please visit Frontenac Park for a day of fun, beginning at 10h30!
  
  
• June 24, 2017: Two Days About Yesterday
  
  Friends of Sandbanks Board Member and long-time technical photographer John Brebner will be making a presentation on the importance of digitizing old photographs and negatives, along with a short demonstration.
  The presentation will be held at 13h00 hours on Saturday, June 24 at the Essroc Centre in Wellington.
  
  The public are encouraged to bring any old photographs to be digitized that day; all we ask is that a modest donation be made to the Friends of Sandbanks!
  
  
• June 24, 2017: Friends of Sandbanks Nature Shop opens for the season
  
  
• July 1, 2017: Canada Day at the Park; display of Park's 50 Year Time Capsule

  Tickets for our Paddleboard Raffle are now available at the Visitor Centre, the Park Office and the Woodyard. This year's prize is a red beauty from Clearwater Design. Last year's raffle was completely sold out... so get your tickets soon!
