Welcome to the Friends of Sandbanks Park Information Update!

Through these regular emails, we inform our readers of upcoming events at the Park, including updates to our website. At this writing, some events/dates/times have not been finalized. Please stay tuned for more information!

And check our Facebook page for any late-breaking news, recent photographs and video clips!

  • Board Meetings, 2019 Board Meetings are open to paid Friends of Sandbanks Members, but please let us know if you plan to attend, as space is limited. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, during the summer season at the main Park Office in the Outlet Sector, and in the winter months at the Park Office in the West Lake Campground.

    Next Meeting: 10h00, Tuesday, April 9th, 2019 at the West Lake Campground office.


  • Interested in becoming a Friends of Sandbanks Volunteer?

    Sign-up for our Volunteer Mailer about upcoming events where you can make a difference! No experience necessary! Help us for a couple of hours, or a day, or more. Drop us an email with a brief description of your interests.

    We are planning some new events this summer, and all helping hands would be welcomed!

This collection of photos and information gives some background information on the various sites around the park that have been a part of the history of the Park. All images are free (non-commercial use only) to download in high-res versions.
